Specified against your control philosophy
Send us the I/O list, the P&ID or a photo of the existing panel. We size the CPU, I/O, power supply and comms — including the spare capacity you will need at the next expansion — before anything is quoted.
Programmed and tested before it ships
Optional factory acceptance testing on our bench: firmware set, logic loaded, comms proven against a simulated field. Commissioning windows are short; arriving with untested hardware wastes them.
Panel-ready, not boxed
In-house panel design and manufacturing. Controller, drives, protection and marshalling built and wired to drawing, with as-built documentation you can hand to your maintenance team.

Most PLC purchases exist to feed something — SCADA, historian, MES, ERP. We build that path, with OT network segmentation and endpoint security designed in rather than retrofitted.
Legacy platforms still supported
Running SLC 500, PLC-5, S7-300 or Modicon Quantum? We keep those plants alive and plan the migration on your shutdown calendar, not the vendor's end-of-life date.
Support after the handover
Firmware upgrades, fault diagnosis, on-call standby and operator training. The team that commissioned the system is the team that answers the call.

What counts as "PLC hardware"?
The controller (CPU) is only part of it. A working set normally includes the processor, a rack or backplane, digital and analogue I/O modules, a power supply, communication modules for the plant network, and often an HMI panel and managed switches. Specifying one item without the others is the most common cause of a delayed commissioning.
What is the difference between a PLC and a PAC?
A PAC (programmable automation controller) is a PLC with more memory, better handling of analogue and motion control, and native support for high-level data handling and database connectivity. Rockwell's ControlLogix and Siemens' S7-1500 sit in this category. If your application needs recipe management, batch control or a direct feed into a historian or MES, a PAC-class controller usually costs less over its life than forcing a small PLC to do the work.
How do I choose the right controller size?
Start with the I/O count and type, then add roughly 20–30% spare capacity for future expansion. From there, the deciding factors are scan-time requirements, whether you need motion or safety-rated I/O, the site's existing platform standard, and the network protocol already in use. Send us the I/O list and we will size it against those constraints rather than guessing.
Can you supply obsolete or discontinued PLC modules?
Often yes, through vendor lifecycle programmes and refurbished channels — but availability is genuinely unpredictable and we will tell you when it is not worth the risk. In those cases we quote a migration instead, staged so the plant keeps running while it happens.
Do you programme the hardware you supply?
Yes. PLC and SCADA programming, panel design and manufacture, installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and operator training are all in-house. You can also buy hardware only if your own team is doing the engineering.
What are typical lead times?
They vary by vendor, product family and current allocation, so we confirm them in writing per quote rather than publishing a number that will be wrong next month. If you have a fixed shutdown date, tell us and we will work backwards from it.
Can you connect a legacy PLC to our cloud or ERP system?
That is the work we do most. Older controllers can usually be brought onto a modern data path through protocol gateways, an OPC UA layer or an edge device, without rewriting the control logic — with network segmentation between the control network and the business network so the connection does not become the vulnerability.
