SAPPO Digitises Pork360 Farmer Declarations with 4sign

THE CHALLENGE
Every certified production unit under SAPPO's Pork360 quality assurance scheme required an annual signed declaration, handled by email, print, sign, scan and return — a process that was slow, error-prone and hard to track across production units.

THE SOLUTION
4Sight integrated its own 4sign digital signature service into SAPPO's World of Pork platform, hosted in Azure (South Africa North). Administrators can now send a personalised declaration to a single production unit, or every eligible unit under a producer, directly from the portal in one action.

  • Declarations sent to one or all eligible production units in a single action

  • Signed documents returned automatically and stored with a full audit trail

  • Signature status visible in the portal at all times, with no printing, scanning or manual filing

  • Built on ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, Blob Storage and SQL Server with secure TLS 1.2 API integration
